It is important that sexual activity does not continue for more than four hours. If you stop sexual activity after four hours, your urine may not be as active as it once was. Sexual stimulation may continue for up to 24 hours after the last sexual activity.
Sexual stimulation is necessary for tadalafil to work. Tadalafil does not cause an erection on its own. You are advised to urinate after sexual stimulation.
The use of tadalafil has not been studied in children.
